Your exclusive ownership of Signature Fractional Properties (SFP), executive fractional residences affords you and your family/guest use of Covadis Property Mgt. VIP Services. Think of it as a private concierge service that is in place to ensure your stay is as thoroughly indulgent and luxurious as possible.

• Basic Transportation to and from downtown Palm Springs Airport (includes 1 pick-up and drop off per visit)
• Weekly home checks to water plants and turn you’re a/c or heat on before arrival
• Travel arrangements including hotel reservations and airline flight bookings
• Restaurant reservations and recommendations
• Book professional appointments such as vehicle service or repairs
• Access to fax and printer service
• Spa, tanning and sauna appointments

• Referrals for child care, pet care and housecleaning
• Arrange “special nights” or day packages
• Source tickets and VIP lists
• Arrange, helicopter or aircraft charters
• Provide relocation services
• Family activity suggestions & general information
• Corporate services - plan meetings, coordinate event details, refer staffing service
• Weekly and monthly updates of events in and around the La Quinta/Palm Springs  area
