What is Fractional Ownership?
Deeded Fractional
Ownership of a Signature Fractional Properties Residence secures the right
for new owners and their guests to spend a guaranteed number of days in
residence each year. Depending upon the number of shares that you purchase,
each ownership share is 1/8 Interest. This is 6 weeks per year (42 Days)
annually. Your Residence is maintained in your absence, prepared for your
arrival and completely serviced for your enjoyment.
